Completed my bucket list ie:
Outside: repaired leaning fence, repaired concrete apron in front of garage & sealed crack between garage concrete apron & asphalt driveway, sealed crack on concrete patio floor, hand cleaned & sealed patio cover (looks new after 20 years), repaired rubber patio cover roof.
Inside: removed old kitchen floor and fixed squeaky floors (no squeaks now) - installed laminate floors in kitchen, hallway and third bedroom. Removed carpet in living, dining, family and master/third bedroom and fixed squeaky floors. Installed washer/dryer in third bedroom which was in my basement.
Tim was excellent to work with and does excellent work. Always on time and always working. I now have a laundry room on the first floor and beautiful floors. I am a senior and very very picky. Clean up was done everyday before he left. Hire him...you'll be glad you did.
